Logistics Process for Refunds & Returns - US

In cases where a shipment is delayed or tracking is not available, investigations may have to be raised to locate it. In any logistics based environment, shipments may be lost or damaged, and require refunds or returns.

Below we have a provided a guide to the instances where investigations with our logistic partners are required, and also an estimation of the investigation timing. Please be aware that these are estimations and in any case we will be attempting to close any investigation as quickly as our partners are able to support:
