Seller User Interface (SUI): Conversion Charts

Announcing Our Updated Conversion Chart System. Let’s see the latest improvements in the following video.

So, first of all, let's have a look at how you ''Add New Charts'' from within your Dashboard/User Interface:

Adding New Conversion Charts

Add/Create A New Chart

When logged into your Dashboard/User Interface, you will notice a new option button in the top left-hand corner, named ''Create New Chart:

Once you've clicked to ''Create'', you then need to assign this chart to an appropriate ''Brand'', as shown here:

When choosing the brand, you are able to select one of those already registered within our library. To do this, search the name and it will automatically suggest possible brands based on auto-complete. If you wish to add a new brand, choose “Add new brand” and complete the name of the brand in the text field provided (as shown below):

Once the Brand is selected, you then need to assign the chart a specific category:

Select the applicable sites and required numbers of rows/columns, and finally click on Done:

Complete the chart with sizes and sites, and save the chart. This chart will be then displayed in “Custom” charts:

Disable Conversion Chart System:

As soon as you click on trash icon, your chart will be removed and a message will be displayed to inform you.

The Conversion Charts system can now be completely disabled if you prefer not to use it. This means that all sizes presented in your original listing will not be converted and simply listed as is. As this is a tool provided by WebInterpret to assist with both your Amazon & eBay conversions, if you have (both) Amazon & eBay and enable the system in your Dashboard it will be activated to assist with both. Disabling the system in your dashboard, will likewise disable for both in exactly the same way.

If you decide you do wish to utilise the Conversion Chart system, you can do this at any time by simply clicking to Use Conversion Charts Library button on the right hand side of the page.

Display both WebInterpret and Customised Charts:

  1. You can now display our generic charts, which you can find in the Conversion Chart Library. These are default charts that are utilised if you choose not to supply us with your own. All your customised charts are available under Custom.
  2. For each chart you can view the number of categories assigned to it. If you click on the number you can view additional details such as the name of the categories and the chart details.

To have complete control over your charts, we also allow your WebInterpret charts to be as totally editable as your Custom ones. In this way you may add new charts, modify existing ones or remove them entirely. To edit your customised charts, simply click on the ‘’pencil’’ icon and another window will appear with all charts details available. Once you have edited your WebInterpret Charts, Save the changes made, and now this Chart will be visible in your Custom Chart section:

Search Charts by Brand:

  1. Charts are created by brand name. So in order to find a chart in your library, you can simply search by typing the brand name in the search bar at top right hand part of the display:
  2. New Streamlined Chart to Category Assignments
  3. In order to provide accurate, consistent conversions we use Category assignments and standardised listings based on brands. Previously these charts and categories had to be set up according to eBay or Amazon accounts, creating duplicate, manual tasks for you to complete.
  4. With our streamlined Chart to Category assignment, this is no longer the case. Simply choose a Brand, select the applicable Chart and Category and we complete attach these standardised conversions to your eBay or Amazon stores (or both).
  5. No more Chart Validation
  6. In the previous Chart Conversion tool, you were required to validate each and every chart you wished to utilise, now with your re-designed interface this is no longer necessary.
  7. If you select a chart and save it to your library, we understand that you wish to use that chart and we validate it for you. This means you no longer have to spend time validating each and every chart you want to utilise, as we take care of all the work for you.
  8. As we are constantly looking for opportunities and updates to save your precious time, this new tool will streamline and simplify a key element in Webinterpret’s support process.

If you have any feedback as to how the new tool/interface is improving the chart/conversion process, or have recommendations for future amendments, please let us know.

They both under clothes category but as my shirts and jeans are from different manufactures so they have different size chart. can my jeans have one chart while my shirts have another chart. if i also selling shoes, can my shoes have one more chart? thanks.

Dear Karmon, Thanks for the great question.

Using the Chart to Category assignment, you can simply choose a Brand, select the applicable Chart and Category and we attach these standardised conversions to your eBay or Amazon stores (or both).
