We offer 2-week payment terms that can be added to your current WebInterpret services.
You will receive your invoice every two weeks by email. If you have any doubt don't hesitate to contact us in order to be sure we have the correct email address.
Depending on the service, delivery charges are calculated based on:
- Fuel charge*
- Tracking (optional)
- *A generally accepted practice of transportation companies charging customers a base rate plus a variable rate that fluctuates with the cost of fuel. If Oil Prices are rising, then this will bump the final amount charge to customers by the transportation company.
By sending a parcel with WISS you provide us with the size and the weight of your parcel to obtain our shipping price. Once your parcel is sent and arrives at our hub, the parcel is automatically sized and weighed once more. If the information provided when printing the original label are matching then the shipping price remains the same and no adjustment is necessary. However, if your parcel is larger or smaller, heavier or lighter than the information originally supplied (at the point of original shipping price being provided) we will adjust the price accordingly. If any adjustment has been made, it will be displayed on the invoice as 3 transactions for the one appropriately adjusted shipment:
INITIAL CHARGE (Original): As per size and weight selected when label was printed
REFUND: This will only be displayed if the Initial charge has been amended and refunded
UPDATED CHARGE (Recalculated): This will be displayed if a recalculated charge is necessary due to incorrect (weight/size) information being supplied originally. This will replace the Original charge as this will have been refunded previously
