How To Ensure My International Sites Are Up To Date?

When updating or making changes to your Domestic website, please note that there are certain aspects to be aware of. 

For Stock Levels, Price Changes and Image updates, there are different processes to ensure your International Stores are in Sync with your Domestic one.

Below, we clarify the processes so you're aware of how we work these:

Changes to - Product Titles, Descriptions or Images:

For updates made on your Domestic site related to Product Titles, Descriptions or Images, that you wish to likewise be effected on your International ones, please contact our Support Team who will effect the request updates

Please provide as much information related to specific products involved such as ID, SKU, Product Title etc via our Support Contact Form 

Image updates on your International Stores will be processed between 24-72 hours once requested.

Stock Levels:

We update Stock levels frequently (Hourly) and check levels before and when orders are being processed. 

Price Updates & Changes:

As per Stock levels, Prices on your Domestic site will be checked frequently and any changes or updates will be made on your International Sites when synchronised (again, Hourly).

To clarify, we need to be contacted when images are changed on your Domestic site that you wish to be updated on your International Stores (again, please provide product specifics to ensure we can identify those items concerned).

For Stock levels or Price changes, we will take care of these without the need for requests or direct support.

    Can you please tell me why all our items are not synchronized with all the countries.  We have no listings with the USA which I mentioned to you last week ( ticket no. 381999 )and also the other countries only show some listings.  Our sales have dropped considerably because of this. 

    Please let us know what the problem is.

    Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, you do indeed have listings live in the US and also the other markets selected. You can check all active listings for each markets within your Seller User Interface, here you can filter by marketplace/country to check those numbers.
