Can I contact WebInterpret by phone?

Only Gold and Platinum (Premium) users have access to phone support. Other clients can contact us via Live Chat or email.

    It seems impossible to contact your company via Live Chat if you are an Ebay Customer?  you can only submit an email and I have been waiting over 24 hrs now for a response to quite an urgent problem.

    I would not do business with a company that you can not reach by telephone and does not respond to email. I have tried for some time to set up my company with the Webinterpret system and there are problems with them showing products that we don't even have active in our online store. When trying to reach someone, I get emails telling me how to download the plug-in and install it, but I'm not a programmer, and our web development team already set everything up (at our expense). I just can't reach anyone directly and this will likely be their downfall.
