What is an eBay token?

To synchronize your eBay account with WebInterpret, eBay uses what is called a "token", a crypted link that enables communication between your eBay and WebInterpret accounts without having to provide us with any sensitive data like your account password.

Please note that certain changes to your eBay account, such as your password, will automatically revoke all active tokens. This means we will be unable to access your account, synchronize your items and manage your stocks of your active foreign listings.

For more information on what happens when a token is revoked, check this article. To restore your token, please follow this guide.

We also recommend reading our FAQ on tokens.
