What if I don’t want to continue after the trial period ends?

In addition to making a calling you, we always send three emails to inform you that the trial period is close to coming to an end. This gives you enough time to consider what you wish to do next, and gives you an opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have.

If you decide to not go any further with WebInterpret then you will be sent a cancellation survey. You will need to fill out this survey so that we can begin the cancellation process. You can also send us an email to say that you do not wish to continue with WebInterpret.

It is very important to note that that re-linking the Token (i.e., disconnecting the eBay account from WebInterpret) does not terminate your WebInterpret subscription.
