As per any Shipping Service, WebInterpret's Parcel Forwarding program has items and products that we provide no cover for damage in transit. Please check the list below for clarification of those items excluded from compensation in case of damage:
Lithium Batteries (Expand Collapse)
Only lithium cells and batteries that are properly installed in the equipment they are intended to operate may be sent internationally.
Lithium batteries packed with, but not installed in, equipment and lithium batteries sent separate from equipment are prohibited. Damaged or recalled batteries are prohibited and may not be mailed internationally under any circumstances.
Cigarettes & Tobacco products
Soil or any kind of plant seeds or other biological material such as sand, or seeds.
Loose not installed in a consumer product - Lithium Batteries
Food items that are perishable
Products containing Wood entering Australia
Medical devices requiring FDA or the equivalent approval
Paint and oil stains
